Quattrolifts Horizon is a glass lifter designed for in shop use to assist glass workers to unload, rotate, transport and lay large plates of glass flat onto a cutting table or tempering line. It has a lifting capacity of 300 Kg's (660 Lbs). It can rotate glass measuring upto 4400 mm (180"). The Horizon has a 12 volt battery poweredvacuum pump and 2 hydraulic rams. Quattrolifts have released a new glass lifting machine called the Horizon that will lift and tilt glass to the horizontal. The Horizon will allow  one operator to lift glass or an IGU from a rack or truck and then index the glass to the horizontal and then slowly and precisely lower it  onto a table or into a frame.  The Horizon will allow one or two people to do what use to require four to six people in the past with greater safety. This is perfect for  setting DGU’s into a window frame to create a perfect seal. The Horizon can lift 3660 x 2440mm   stock sheets of glass and transport them around your factory with ease. The Horizon also allows the operator to rotate the glass 90 degrees which is ideal for edgework machines.

Quattrolifts Nomad is designed to assist glaziers to unload, transport and install glass safely. It has a lifting capacity of 400 Kg's (880 Lbs). It  can rotate glass measuring upto 4400 mm (180"). Nomad 400
Quattrolifts Mule is designed to assist glass workers to unload, rotate and transport large plates of glass in shop. It has a lifting capacity of  300 Kg's (660 Lbs). It can rotate glass measuring upto 4400 mm (180"). The Mule has a 12 volt battery powered vacuum pump.  The Mule is Quattrolifts exciting new machine to allow glazing shops handle heavy glass on and off edgework machines, glass dollies and trucks with greater safety and ease. The Mule has a lifting capacity of 660 pounds (300 Kg) and can be operated by one person.   The Mule can rotate glass 360 degrees allowing long and heavy sheets of glass to be loaded onto an edgework machine.   The Mule is operated by a portable DC vacuum pump applying vacuum to four 11 inch Woods cups. The vacuum pump arms can be swivelled allowing for long narrow plates to be handled safely.   The Mule complies with all relevant European Directives. Quattrolifts Vector is designed to allow a glaziers to unload, transport and install large plates of glass with extreme precision. It has a lifting capacity of 350kg's (770lbs) with a dual vacuum system designed for performance.  Handling glass plates and windows can be back breaker due to the weight and dimension of the plates, well not any more. With the Vectors self propelled mechanism, moving and rotating heavy loads is now extremely easy. The vector can move large panels of glass on a variety of angles, and will ensure the safety of your team in shop and on site. It can rotate glass measuring upto 3000 mm (120"). It has adjustments to allow for side and top pocket glazing. Handling glass plates and windows can be a back breaker due to the weight and dimension of the plates and the uneven grounds of construction sites. The methods to deliver plates haven’t changed in decades even with windows now getting heavier and larger. Quattrolifts has released the Express, an innovative small portable lifter that allows one man to move plates weighing up 80kg or two men up to 150kg. The Express is loaded onto a truck in two 15kg parts and easily assembled in under a minute. Once assembled the Express can unload plates off the truck and then transport the plates and windows on site. The large 330mm pneumatic wheels allow for travelling over rough grounds on construction sites. The wheelbase can be adjusted from 54 cm to 80cm allowing for narrow walkways on-site. Two terrific features of the Express allow the lite or window to be rotated 360 degrees and secondly the operator can also index the lite allowing him to move through standard 90cm wide doorways.
